CESSATION & INTERRUPTION

2.1 If users are found to violate these terms, we retain the right to disrupt or cease providing services. Any detrimental activities such as overconsumption of CPU resources, illicit discussions, mismanagement of services, harmful operations and DDoS attacks will be deemed as abuses.

2.2 Services will be interrupted after the due date. Files associated with the specific service will be removed 7 days later. The due dates will be clearly stated on the invoice.

REMUNERATIONS & REFUNDS

3.1 You have the right to request a refund within 14 days after your initial payment. We will deduct a proportional amount from your refund to cover server electricity and traffic costs.

The specific calculation method is your monthly subscription price / (24*30), which is the hourly cost.

3.2 Although services can be discontinued at any moment, refunds are not issued beyond the 14-day window. Chargebacks will lead to immediate suspension or discontinuation of the service.

3.3 Subscriptions are renewed automatically. Your adaptability of our services indicates your conformity with this automatic renewal clause.

3.4 Overpayments can be refunded within 7 days. After this period, all refunds will be delivered in the form of account credits.

UNAVAILABILITY & DDOS

4.1 While we make every effort to mitigate downtime, we cannot be held accountable for losses instigated by user mistakes or downtime.

4.2 DDoS attacks are unpredictable and out of our control. Services impacted by such attacks may need to be momentarily suspended.

DATA LOSS

5.1 We do not assume responsibility for data loss. We strongly advise users to carry out regular off-site backups.
